It's a property near both bus stand and very nearer to railway station. Also nearer to govinda swami temple. But it's a bit old property. It would be cheaper for people who book through offline mode rather than make my trip mybiz

Good hotel, clean with reasonable pricing. Very close to tirupati railway station, can walk in 5 minutes.

Several years ago, when i visited this hotel, it was of excellent quality. However, it appears that maintenance has declined significantly. The bathroom taps are all loose.

The stay interior is good but little bit smelly. Service is good. I did not able to find hot water tap. Cleaningn is good. Staff can be nor helpful. The food near have good taste. And the best part is the bus stand and railway station is near. So no issues.

Location is very convenient, walkable distance from railway station and govindaraj swamy temple. Food is good and hygienic. You get buses to tirumala and tiruchanoor padmavathi temple. Good staff and very prompt services. Great place for elderly and even for kids and family.
