Hotels Near Tiruchirappalli International Airport in Tiruchirappalli

Fairly ok. But we had to face one difficulty as we were 3 adults. We booked for 3 adults in a standard room. We assumed another cot with bedding will be provided but we find that the bedding will be on floor only as this room is small. If this information is indicated while booking it would be beneficial to take suitable action by us by choosing bigger room or will take 2 stand rooms. Again provision of for hot water facility in bath room shud be improved

Excellent stay. Well maintenence. Everything is good. No need to go to outside. Everything is available in one building. Room is very neat and clean. Morning breakfast is very good.

Very comfortable and located in the heart of tiruchy. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable. Good value for the price

Location of hotel is situated at heart of trichy city. Veg south indian foods are very nice specially kara paniyaram and ghee dosa. Basic amenities and services at hotel is prompt.

The hotel delivers on all it promises. We stayed on 3rd floor. Room size was adequate, bed linen was clean and bathroom fittings were high end and well maintained. Hot water availabilty in the shower 24X7 was great. Staff are helpful. We got car parking inside the hotel premises itself. The restaurant in ground floor was good. We had booked through agoda and got a deal of Rs 3700 for a night. Righr now, the road outside the hotel is blocked on both sides for some repairs elsewhere and you have to enter the wrong side of the road to access the hotel.

We had booked directly at this hotel. This hotel in located near Chathram bus stand but in a narrow lane behind a popular jewellery show room - no parking whatsoever. People with cars (or even two wheelers) - give this hotel a miss. Even at the time of booking they made it clear that wifi would not be good. On arrival, the person at the front desk was busy on the phone and asked us to wait. Took a few minutes to check in. Handed us an AC remote and that was it. No person to help with luggage, no one to show how the controls in the room work etc. We had alerted them an hour before the arrival as it was a long trip and we were very tired. The room was not at all ready. No towels, no toiletries, no phone to call the front desk. You have to go in person for each and everything. He is always busy on the phone and makes you wait. He gave one towel grudgingly, though he knew we are two. Arrogant, uncaring attitude of the front desk guy spoiled our mood. Towels were worn and not in good shape - we decided to use our own. The room and bathroom looked clean, but there were cobwebs on the bathroom ventilator. The inside of the toilet bowl was filthy. Posting a picture here would be repulsive. There is only one plug point in the room for all your charging needs! If you need to switch on/off the lights, you have to get up from the bed - no controls on the headboard of the bed. Decent LED TV with a set top box and decent selection of channels. AC controls were not intuitive and takes some figuring out. Once done, the AC worked well and provided much needed relief from Trichy's sweltering heat. Bed was medium comfortable, pillows were lousy. What could have been a value for money hotel with good fittings etc is spoiled by poor service, poor design, cleanliness/maintenance and very poor guest relations. Avoid this place.

staff are so frdly, but bus stop is so longdistance ..room look super and awesome and neat but tv is not working in my booked room .. worth for money 🤩 all temples and tourist spot are near by.. and another thing.. no road side food shop are not in near by .. central bus stand to star residency bus fare just 20 rupees for 2 person...

Star city hotel is best suitable for couples in trichy. Staff are very polite and very helpful. Eventhough they don't have restaurant they will help you to get your food through zomato and swiggy. They will arrange tea and coffee in time. Location is the plus of star city

Excellent hotel in very low rates. They gave 800 rupees only for the non ac rooms .. we were two persons stayed. Kettle was provided on request. Bed sheets are neat and clean. Hot water was available for 24 hours. Bathroom is neat and clean. We will stay again
