Myself and wife aged 79 and 71 stayed in Room 508 in Second Floor from 19th Dec to 21st Dec 24. We both were stuck in between 1st and 2nd Floor at 12.20 PM in the Lift. There was no response from the reception lady when I made calls to the Landline as well as Mobile. We have been suffocating nearly 30 minutes and after huge suffering we were released by some person. The reception lady was irresponsible and there was no Manager to report the issue. When I enquired this has happened in the recent days also in last night also. To safeguard the life of senior people like us , kindly do not allow Top Floors to them when there were no take care people at the Lodge. Some remedial action is need to be be taken . Otherwise the Lodge is Okay for Budget Travellers
