We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Parking was nice and big. The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. Comfortable bed. We had some very minor issues setting the right water temperature when showering.
Our son enjoyed sleeping in a baby cot, they provided small pillow and the bedding for cot and it was very cozy in there. The hotel has a restaurant on site with delicious food served quickly + kids menu. During our stay we had a live music performance on a stage what we enjoyed. Just next to the restaurant there is a kids playground where our toddler loved spending time. It is a bit outdated, but kids were enjoying it. There is also an outdoor pool, but we used it only once since it is not the heated one. We loved the SPA facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, salt room). It was not busy so our family enjoyed it after busy days driving and exploring the country. The staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Dirty rooms, hairdryer didn't worked they fix it after several calls and complains, shower was not working properly and had some parts broken, rude staff, very poor breakfast, salad at lunch with many insects. The worst hotel experience we've ever had

Our 3rd summer at Te Stela Resort Absolut brilliant holiday again ! Great pools and work out center Great communication Great service and staff Great food Great clean rooms Great taxa service with Didi / Astriid ! Best hotel in Albania ! We Will be back soon !

The hotel has good facilities, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool that closes earlier, it has a restaurant and terrace for a drink, dinner and breakfast that are normal for the country. Wonderful, very clean hotel with a large pool. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot my jacket and actually found a way to get it back. Unusually committed and honest employees. Thank you again

I have honestly no idea how this hotel can be rated 4 stars. The staff is not qualified to deal with customers needs, breakfast is cooked in the morning and nothing is added, coffee is terrible and if you loose your plastic key they charge 5 euros.

Really nice hotell with excellent staff the reception staff were always available and were cheerful and helpful In the morning i get helped from Orgesi ,who work with te stela tours services.. He explained and helped me how to go and travel and visit different places. And he also showed me around in the brewery. The spa is also very well and i also enjoyed a good massage treatment. Some other guest told me that they have visit a lot of hotells in albania in this are the best resort. the restaurant have q good varied menu and the Albanian people who visit the restaurant oftently was happy and celebrated birtday and so. When i was in tirana and talked with people evryone knows te stela ,so i think the hotel have a good reputation. All people on te stela resort whould like to give you a fantastic visit
