We had an incredible week. Hotel at the foot of the slopes, super well located. The all-inclusive model for a ski holiday is the best (meals, snacks, all drinks... spectacular). Super rich and varied breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Picnic option also at meal time.
We found the staff super friendly and attentive at all times, it was a pleasure to talk to anyone.
The room we had was spacious and clean but we found it very dark and we were only there to sleep. Comfortable beds and hot shower with pressure.
You can rent ski equipment at the hotel itself (through the skiset company). There are lockers to leave your skis after skiing.
The common areas were great, especially the bar area, with lots of chairs and space.
They organized many activities.
Very positive point: although we were traveling as a couple, we think it is also an ideal place for families with children. They have daycare service, entertainment and activities for them. Super good.
Points to improve: pillows, light in the room, cleaning of the tables in the common area. In general we would have liked the room to be more modern, bright and there were certain things that needed remodeling. Still it was not a problem to enjoy the stay.
