Le personnel très compétent. Très agréable. Magnifique vue depuis la chambre. L’hôtel moins agréable: mauvaise insonorisation, literie peut confortable. Salle de bain mal équipé. La cuisine était très bonne. En bref le service était très bien, très propre, rien à redire. Malheureusement le bâtiment mériterai une grand rénovation.

Chiamarla camera singola è un complimento, oltre ad essere piccola, puzzava di umido e chiuso. Allego le foto.. La camera alle 15 non era stata nemmeno rifatta.. Alle 20 al mio rientro la stanza era stata rifatta, il Pavimento non pulito e la saponetta galleggiava nell’acqua…. Uno schifo Inoltre, pur avendo tanto personale di sala ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare la tovaglia di carta xchè sporca, con un sospiro di supponenza del cameriere. Ho chiesto le posate e il tovagliolo e gentilmente mi hanno fatto vedere dove andarmele a prendere. Non commento….. Mi chiedo come hanno fatto ad assegnare a questo hotel 3 stelle.. Struttura interna e camere da 1 stella e mezza.

Quarta volta che ci vado .....sempre super. Veduta sul lago che che ogni mattina ti da un buongiorno da relax. Ottima posizione, cucina superlativa, colazione in terrazza sul lago, ottimo personale . Unico neo ... il getto della doccia..... si potrebbe veramente migliorare.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, l’unica pecca se la vogliamo proprio trovare e’ che gli utensili da cucina sono pochissimi, i letti se il cliente decide di affittare la biancheria andrebbero fatti trovare già pronti; per il resto eccellente. Il ristorante la Rotonda a lato piscine veramente formidabile, cibo di qualità e porzioni generose, lo staff molto accogliente e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente!

5 giorni in questo Hotel la settimana di Ferragosto e siamo stati benissimo. La vista è impagabile in qualsiasi ora del giorno. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite, cambio asciugamani frequente e con tutto il necessario. Si mangia molto bene e cmq si sceglie il giorno prima il menù, acqua e vino compresi (e già questo è da considerare). Il personale gentilissimo, efficiente e meritevole di apprezzamento. Bravi ragazzi! Nelle vicinanze molti sentieri trekking con vista lago che noi abbiamo fatto con piacere, per poi riposarci in piscina (ce ne sono 2). L'unica cosa da segnalare è la necessità di aggiungere qualche sdraio e ombrellone. Sicuramente torneremo.

É già il secondo anno che ritorniamo presso l'hotel La Rotonda ,cosa si può dire di più . Posto molto accogliente dove regna la tranquillità ,personale simpatico e disponibile, vista mozzafiato,cucina divina . Non mi resta che dire ,ci vediamo il prossimo anno . L'unico appunto che mi permetto di fare ,sarebbe ottimo poter avere un mini frigo bar in camera.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del 25 aprile e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura ben tenuta, pulita, buona cucina e personale davvero cortese. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto (foratura pneumatico) e si sono adoperati per darci una mano a risolvere.

Wir hatten ein Appartement. Einrichtung wirkt renoviert. Geschirr für 6 Personen vorhanden. Gigantischer Ausblick bei riesigem Balkon. Hallenbad Anfang April sehr kalt, im Laufe der Woche wurde es wärmer. Fitnessturm leider nicht funktionsfähig. Laufband und Tischtennis möglich. Summa sumarum sehr zu empfehlen. Was uns gestört hat, war, das bei Ankunft keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden waren. Wurden von unserem Reiseanbieter nicht darüber informiert und mussten daher vor Ort für 75 Euro Wäschepakete anmieten (bei 5 Personen). Das Schlafsofa im Esszimmer ist sehr wackelig und für Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Aber der Blick entschädigt hierfür...
