The Leonardo Club hotel was well located and I was pleased to have a great view of the Sea of Galilee from my window.
The food was in plentiful supply and there was a very good variety including things for vegans and vegetarians.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Service was good although not outstanding as had to ask for my room to be cleaned when it had not been done by 3 pm.
Facilities on offer are good for families.

Do not recommend staying here. The hotel is old and gross. Has not been updated in years. We booked two nights but cancelled our stay just hours after getting there - could not bring myself to stay more than one night! Waste of money! The state of the hotel was truly awful. Things were rusty and in some places even moldy. Do not trust the cleanliness of the rooms. I will give credit to the staff - they were truly very kind and accommodating. But again - HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING.

Gigantic hotel, always crowded but organized….room are bit old. Comfortable bed. Too many varieties of food, but for me not tasty…the lunch place is enormous, free beverage including beer (ok)and wine( no so much). Great coffee specially in the afternoon. Great location.

3 star hotel for tourist groups. Huge dining rooms with free fork. The food was very good, the desserts not so much. When we were there there was not the assortment of breads that there were in other hotels in the chain. Good attention. Lousy wifi. Huge pool that is open until 6 p.m. In the 2 days we never saw the slide working. From 9 to 11 there are shows. The day we were there was only in Hebrew, which made the majority feel left out. Some of the staff do not speak English. The comfortable beds. Good view and location on the Sea of Galilee.

The hotel in many ways is great. Rooms are good, facilities are good, the view over the sea is awesome. It is also a lovely place to wander round. But the restaurant is absolute chaos and for me was unsafe hence my score. It is noisy and quite nasty, but for me with a nut allergy, it was dangerous. Even with the chef coming out to communicate with me, I was advised I could eat food that actually contained hazelnut. When we spoke to the manager and he tried to suggest it was a mushroom. It was not, as my husband tried it. On the next night I had a reaction to another dish. Absolutely no clue about food safety and I wasn’t taken seriously.

Avoid this hotel if you dislike group tour crowds at mealtimes and check in. One can also hear the music till 2 am in the morning if you are unlucky enough to have a room on a low level and near to the atrium. Otherwise convenient location and decent sized room. Funny thing - the hotel doesn’t provide facial tissues!

Tourist hotel with a lot of people coming and going all the time but they can manage; several elevators and dinner is included in the daily rate in huge rooms with tables always available; the variety of dishes is very good; it is worth it.
