In terms of facilities, there are air purifiers, refrigerators, hair dryers, etc., and the facilities are complete. However, the air purifier is old, the air has a mushy smell, and the cable is dirty. There is a diffuser on the table, but it leaks. After I left it on for a while, it leaked water all over the table. Brother! The facilities are complete, but can the quality be improved? The table is also extremely old and creaks when shaken. Various tears on the wall are shown in the picture. The shower room is very small, the water is small, the water pipe is rusty, the experience is terrible, the hotel seems to have no soundproofing, and the sound of card swiping in the building is all night. The service at the front desk is terrible. They don't care about anything other than giving way to members. The only advantage of the hotel is that it has convenient transportation and the bedding is quite comfortable, which is pretty good. The overall price/performance ratio is not high, I donโt recommend it.

Very dissatisfied, woke up numerous times in one night.
The hotel has very poor soundproofing
The neighboring room was particularly uncultured. I entered the room at 10:30 and heard the sound of banging bangs until 1:00. There were also the sounds of electric curtains, talking, flushing toilets, and various door opening and closing sounds.
The waiter went over once in the middle, and the guests in other rooms also went over to ask them to be quieter. They could hear it clearly.
It is suggested that if the soundproofing is not good, the rooms should be separated if there are guest rooms. If they are all arranged together, I can't sleep well. How can I not give a bad review?
Service: The front desk service attitude is very good
Environment: The carpet is very dirty, and a small piece of dead skin is found on the bed sheet. I just changed the room at that time. There is also a ** box of supplies in the room, which lowers the grade of the hotel
I always thought that Lefeng was pretty good. Tianjin West Station is really average. It is very close to the West Station in a straight line, but you have to drive around it, about 2 kilometers. I will not stay here next time

Hygiene: Clean, the smell is overwhelming when you open the door, and the sheets are also very clean. It is not the default daily cleaning, but you can arrange for an aunt to clean according to your personal situation

Had the most wonderful stay at a hotel at Pan Pacific Tianjin in recent years, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of all front desk staff who were warm, welcoming and very helpful.
I had a headache and as a foreigner, could not order painkillers via delivery and Leila from the front desk was really nice to help me out with it. Upon check out, the front desk staff were also all friendly and sweet (I forgot her name). I accidentally left my outerwear behind and the concierge was really helpful to help me retrieve and send it to my friend's hotel for me. It was a solo trip and witnessing such warmth and kindness overseas really made my trip memorable and I would like to thank all the staff! :)
Location is perfect, just across the street from the river, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianjin Eye. Room is spacious and clean too. Only small room for improvement is if the ventilation can be better as there was a bit of smoke smell for a non-smoking room. But overall, Pan Pac Tianjin is a hotel I'll return to stay if I ever visit Tianjin again.

The hotel is in the Magnotel building; they share the same entrance. The location is convenient and has several metro stations around (42 minutes to Tianjinnan and 26 minutes to Tianjinxi).
There are repairs going on, so at times you might hear the sound, but it's not too disturbing. The room is clean and equipped with basic necessities.

There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us.
The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included.

They were friendly and helpful. If not for Barry who helped us with our IT and payment issues, we would not have been able to book our transfer service to chengde and admission tickets to forbidden city in beijing. The staff really went the extra mile to support us in our needs. They were most kind, knowledgeable and savvy with the online system and how to get around Tianjin.

Service: The service is very general to be honest. We have all lived and just prepared to take a bath and found that there is no water. The front desk can't solve it, so we changed the room for us, because the girlfriend just prepared to take a bath and wear pajamas to change the room to take luggage. I was carrying my luggage alone throughout the whole process. The front desk stood and watched. Both pickpockets were full of things and fell on the ground. I put things in the room and picked them up. It was very bad.

This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China.
We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La.
Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La.
We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La.
Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition.
Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there.
However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special.
As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people.
Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business.
For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage.
All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team.
Special thanks to โFrancisโ, the new General Manager, โDannyโ, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as โBillyโ, the โFood and Beverageโ Manager.
This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible.
Lastly, we would like to thank โRogerโ whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure.
No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La.

GGuest UserThe room is relatively spacious and bright, and the front desk service is friendly. Nami at the front desk introduced interesting places in Tianjin and recommended Tianjin specialty restaurants. It was very professional. There was free mineral water in the hotel elevator hall, and the hotel lobby fragrance smelled better. , I donโt know what brand it is. The only regret is that the road in front of the hotel is not open, and there are few types of breakfast. I want to eat some Tianjin-style breakfast, but the taste is not very authentic.

WWaiki AliThe room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasnโt that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who donโt let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you canโt relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.

The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, and the amenities, including the well-stocked minibar and luxurious toiletries, added an extra touch of indulgence to my stay.
One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine.
Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.
