Marriott Executive Apartments Hotels in Tianjin

After some confusion in the beginning with my room, it was finally sorted and I had a great stay in the Deluxe room. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from 5 Avenues. Breakfast was okay. Wished they had more western variety.

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.

The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

In the past two days, I went to Tianjin for a trip and chose The Westin Tianjin Hotel. The experience was very good. The senior members within the group are also well taken care of at Westin. Especially the lobby manager, Angel, who was very patient with the elderly, left a deep impression. I hope to have the chance to visit Westin again.

Discrepancies between the booking on Trip.com and hotel front desk. Difficult to check in even tho the booking was right. No time for blame game at the end of a long journey. Wish it could have been better check in experience…

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

Environment: The highlight of the hotel is definitely the Tianjin Ritz 🌰 highlight. Any photo you take is a blockbuster. Many arrays in the lobby are very photogenic. Mirrors can be seen everywhere, which is also suitable for selfies. When seeing a guest needing a fork, they all bend down to a certain angle to hand it to the guest. When seeing the guest queuing for coffee for breakfast☕️, they immediately take the initiative to help Secondly, let’s talk about the lobby manager 🧑💼: the attitude of handling problems is super good, actively solving problems from all aspects, and paying attention to customer feelings But, But! The front desk lady really needs training. When customers questioned many pieces of information, she did not check them, nor did she verify them specifically. In addition, she did not proactively inform the breakfast time and breakfast location. There was also a man at the concierge at the door who suddenly yelled at the driver in front of the customers in the car and other customers at the door... saying that his car tires 🛞 almost ran over the carpet at the door of their hotel 🥲 and almost scared the people next to him to death 😅 For this kind of thing, it is recommended to quietly remind the driver, after all, so many customers are there Food: The breakfast tastes great, and the welcome fruit is also of good quality
