The hotel location is amazing, it's located right next to the river, so it's very convenient to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy amazing views from the both sides of the river🌆 The hotel itself is new and super tidy, the interior is very elegant and stylish. Also, it has free underground parking, which is very convenient if you come by car. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with all the questions. All the employees we met were super welcoming and spoken English even though we could speak Chinese. The breakfast was really good, there was variety of western pastry, fruits, salad, as well as a good choice of drinks and nice coffee🥐☕️ In overall, we really liked the hotel and would love to come there again👍

The room is quite spacious and quite modern. Cleanliness is tip top and the breakfast offering is also not bad. Directly located in the cultural street so it’s easy to walk around and visit. Staff is also quite friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! Will definitely stay in Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel if we visit Tianjin in future.

No matter which city I go to for tourism or business, Vienna is my first choice hotel. The clean and bright room, soft and comfortable beds, and cream-style decoration make it feel particularly warm. The exclusive and spacious parking lot, the location right outside the subway entrance, the enthusiastic front desk lady and the wide variety of breakfasts all made this trip even better.

Generally the hotel is clean, near subway, and a few stops away from central areas, as well as airport. Staff is mostly courteous and professional. However, we do encounter a loud uncle shouting at us when we get confused and walked my daughter towards the swiming pool men's changing room (not even close though).

The hotel located just a few steps from the Anshandao Metro Station which is very convenient for me. The room is clean but the hotel have few facilities. As a traveler with limited Chinese, only a few staff can communicate in English but they have service minded. As my flight is early in the morning, I asked for the help to call taxi and packed breakfast. They have arranged them and found me a driver who understood basic English.

This hotel is good location and rooom is clean. Staff service is also perfect. If I travel to Tianjin again, I want to stay again.

Environment: The external environment is close to the business district, with many shopping malls, a wide range of takeaways, authentic Tianjin snacks and KFC. Takeaway is convenient. In terms of the environment in the hotel, there is almost no executive lounge. When we checked in, it was after noon, because the room was not ready, we proposed to go to the lounge or the executive lounge to rest, but there might be a wedding banquet in the hotel at that time, the lounge was full of chattering people, and there was no executive lounge. In the end, I only took two bottles of Nongfu Spring and was forced to go out and wait for the room to be ready. It may be located in a commercial building, and its lower floors are rented out for hotpot dining, as well as a swimming pool and spa open to the public. Residential guests and outsiders are not well distinguished, and the elevators are mixed. After some confusion in the beginning with my room, it was finally sorted and I had a great stay in the Deluxe room. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from 5 Avenues. Breakfast was okay. Wished they had more western variety.
