避雷，衹有0次和1次，來了再也不會選擇的一家湯泉酒店，所有的問題都是管理的問題，一看就知道管理者能力和領導力幾乎為0，就靠抓細節，做罰款為準則，所以員工戾氣重，脾氣大，沒有服務衹做二銷。
硬件方面：幾乎所有房間的窗户都是走廊窗，隔音效果幾乎為0，房間內也到處是二銷廣告，從來沒見到過這樣的酒店，真是開眼了。
設施方面：粘貼複製，沒有內容，遊玩的東西也比較少，也都很舊。
服務方面：員工提醒倒是挺及時的，方方面面，拿客人當沒見過世面的小白，上來就是一頓訓斥，玻璃心不要來。“拿你手牌過來我看看”、“你幾號房間的”、“上來，穿着衣服不能下去”
