這個月，因為工作需要，我入住了一家位於市中心的如家酒店，酒店的設計風格現代而簡約，給我留下了不錯的初步印象，然而真正打動我的，是酒店員工提供的貼心服務。因為經常出差有不少的衣物需要清洗，然而，當我詢問前台是否有洗衣房時，卻被告知酒店並未配備洗衣房。正當我感到失望時，前台工作人員微笑對我説：“請您稍等兩天，我們酒店雖然目前沒有洗衣房，但我們可以為您想一些辦法。這讓我有些意外，但更多的是期待。第二天下班回來，前台打電話來説，買了洗衣機，已經裝好可以洗衣服了。原來是酒店為了方便我在出差期間能夠隨時清洗衣物，特意去採購了一台洗衣機，這一舉動讓我非常感動，然而還有更打動我的。由於連續幾天的忙碌，我積攢了不少需要清洗的衣物正當我猶豫是否要洗衣服時，客房服務員許阿姨在打掃房間時主動詢問我是否需要幫助，阿姨的熱情讓我很意外，也有些猶豫，畢竟第二天我就要離開，擔心衣服不能及時晾乾。許阿姨信心十足地保證不會耽誤我的行程。於是我將衣服交給了她。第二天早上許阿姨不僅幫我洗好了衣服，還細心的疊好。許阿姨的幫助不僅解決了我出行的後顧之憂，更讓我在繁忙的工作中找到了一份家的温暖。未來的日子裏期待與這家酒店再次相遇！
