This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town. It's incredibly close to Tianjin South Station, so walking with luggage is no problem at all. Lin at the front desk was super gentle and her smile was so comforting, making me feel relaxed the moment I checked in. The service was excellent and I felt very safe. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Tianjin! 🏨

The hotel's facilities, including the complimentary breakfast, were all excellent. The only slight disappointment was that the sauna was out of order. I suggest improving the related services. Also, the bottled water provided by the hotel felt a bit cheap and lowered the overall impression of the place. Otherwise, everything was fantastic, and I would definitely stay again.

1. The room had an overwhelming smell of new装修 (renovation), and the air conditioning was broken. Even the staff member who came to check it couldn't get it to work and admitted it was faulty. There was no ventilation fan, so I had to sleep with the window open, which made it incredibly cold, otherwise the smell was truly suffocating. 2. Following on from the previous point, I seriously doubt if this place has a proper operating license. It looked exactly like it had just been renovated, with the black renovation tape still on the floor. 3. They claim to be 4.5 stars, but I wonder if anyone at this hotel has ever actually stayed in a real hotel before. In this day and age, it's one thing for the toilet not to have an automatic sensor, but the flush button is so small that if you have even slight nail polish, it's incredibly difficult to press. I wonder if it's specifically designed for men. 4. Due to the strong odor, I tried to contact the front desk at 3 AM to coordinate a solution for the AC issue, but the phone rang for over a minute with absolutely no one answering. 5. At 11 PM, I contacted the front desk to ask if someone could help deliver a package, but no one contacted me until I fell asleep. I only got it delivered the next day after chasing them up. 6. There was some kind of dip or hollow on both sides of the bed? When sitting up, you couldn't straighten your legs properly. 7. When checking out, there was no one at the front desk, so I just handed the key card to the person opposite. If a place isn't fully operational, they shouldn't be open for business. This is just an incredibly bad look. I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again.🙏

This hotel offers an exceptional stay with fantastic value for money. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk staff, Bonnie and Cathy Xu, were wonderfully warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were swift, and they were always polite and responsive to any needs. My room was spotless and odor-free, the bed was soft and comfortable, and all toiletries were provided. The bathroom was dry and well-maintained, not damp at all. The public areas were clean and bright, indicating excellent upkeep and hygiene. It was generally quiet and peaceful, ensuring a very restful stay. All facilities were well-maintained; there was plenty of hot water, and the internet speed was excellent. Overall, my experience was perfect—comfortable and reassuring, truly offering outstanding value.

My main consideration was its proximity to where I needed to be. After checking in, I found the room to be well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep. In the morning, I went for breakfast, and the selection was more varied than I expected, with hot food, bread, and fruit – enough to get me ready before work. The check-in process was smooth, and when I had questions, they were answered promptly. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.
