Du Shi 118 Jing Xuan Hotels in Tianjin

After some confusion in the beginning with my room, it was finally sorted and I had a great stay in the Deluxe room. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from 5 Avenues. Breakfast was okay. Wished they had more western variety.

An exceptional stay, one of the best in China in recent memory. Very impressed with the politeness of staff, such as greetings from waiters during breakfast. Hotel is a cutural gem and had no idea it has such a rich history. Quirky and fun, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent.

The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

Very classy hotel with professionally trained staff.Breakfast nice and widespread of food .Near to Wu da DAO ,7-11, restaurants, malls....etc. Only dislike are the doggies poo on the streets around hotel

We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom.. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. The food wasn’t great though and expensive for small portions.

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

The hotel is so beautiful!!! In the historical building, the design of the room is also very beautiful! Every staff is very friendly. It is convenient to go everywhere. Xiaobailou Wudadao Quanyechang is within walking distance. A little further is Jiefang North Road Scenic Area and Western Buildings. Tried the steak restaurant on the first floor, which was delicious and fragrant, and the cocktails were also good. It was raining and the takeaway guy sent my express to the wrong apartment building. The staff on the first floor helped me get it. I forgot to ask his name! It's so nice. The staff of the spa center, lucky, is warm and generous ❤️🔥I called to make an appointment for the treatment project before checking in. Lucky has a sweet voice～～～ The nursing technician Linda is professional and the original liquid mystery is very good. I went to the sauna in the afternoon before the treatment. After coming out, lucky also gave us a small gift of fragrance essential oil soap, which was a surprise! I will stay here again when I come to Tianjin next time
