Basic amenities such as coffee, a hairdryer, and towels are all provided. The front desk manager is very kind, and it is a truly comfortable and excellent hotel. One drawback is that breakfast is not provided. However, this is not the hotel's fault. There are many local restaurants nearby."

Location was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was sparse, cold and not refilled once empty. However, we were offered alternatives but we missed out on what could have been better, two consecutive days!! For a small place like Cao Bang we hadn't expected much, so this place was a pleasant surprise."

"The stay was lovely. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are prepared for big groups of travelers. We were renting a bike to go around Cao bang. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel. They even have a bike rental service. The location is pretty good, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Located next to the river which you can see from the hotel. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. They have AC and hot water."
