I stayed at luciya with my family for almost a month and we were highly impressed by their warm service and delicious food. All the staff were hospitable and very friendly. The food at the restaurant was really nice as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit or stay in Thrissur.

Hotel has several features advertised. What they don't tell you is that they burn stuff at night with no chimney or inadequate chimney. We woke up at around 12:45 thinking there was a fire there was such a smell of burning tires or something. Turns out that is a regular practice, their "incinerator" at work. Sending toxic fumes within the first-floor level, straight into bedrooms? Outside was as bad or worse. By 3AM or so, rain came and washed some of it away. Surely the staff know this the owners know it, so it is deliberate. Why the neigbors aren't dead is a mystery, I cannot imagine the suffering of anyone who suffers from childhood asthma/ bronchial issues. Action is overdue against the management, and I certainly hope some will be coming down on their heads soon.

Went on an official trip with colleagues. The stay was excellent. The Staffs (especially Mr Sanal) were courteous and extremely friendly. Rooms are clean. The hotel is also in the central area, within walking distance from the main temple, bus stand and railway station. I highly recommend it.

I came and departed the Hotel Luciya Palace during February and March 2024. I am a 79 solo woman traveler disabled by arthritis, The staff was accommodating, especially Satish in reception. Breakfast is my favorite meal in Kerala and the buffet features well-prepared classics. Thalis at lunch and seafood in the evening are delicious. I strongly recommend you stay here.

Had a party at Luciya Palace over the weekend with family and close friends. The party was held in the Durbar room , the food was excellent, the ambiance was cordial and the staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Ajish Bose & team looked after our guests and offered great hospitality to all. The whole process from quotes to the actual event was seamless and done in a prompt and professional manner. A good location, convenient and good food too.

There was a party in one of the adjacent rooms and after complaining they alloted another room to us. Turns out that one of the drunks managed to open the room alloted to us and sleep in it and management could pretty much do nothing. Our 10 year old found out someone under the bedsheet when she walked into the room. Bed linen had stains in them and towels were not washedand had a brown hue. Great location near to the temple but this is not a place that families can stay.

Vegetarian breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms. Spacious front yard. Hotel available on the ground floor. Supportive staff. More suitable for bachelor or meetings, rather than homestays. Overall good experience.

The ambience of Luciya pace is excellent and very good hospitality and service by its staff. Hotel is very well maintained and very clean. Thanks for the hotel staff and especially manager Mr.Satish for his hospitality. Food is very good and I really liked the breakfast spread. They are maintaining the covid times protocol and I felt very safe.Rooms are also well maintained.

Visited the place very friendly staff. A special mention of Mr .Sateesh who was very friendly and patiently answered any query putforth .Decent food and a quiet place. Only one suggestion the hygiene to be increased further especially the towels they provide and housekeeping's washroom cleaning is very poor . Especially during pandemic times hope they increase the hygiene. Also by 9.00 pm the restaurant closes suppose u come late then getting food is a problem .Hope they can correct the above then a decent place to stay.
