"Only stayed one night and there was a large group there.
This large group took over the whole place.
In the TV area where the lounge was filled with loud adults and kids.
We headed to our room about 8:30 that evening after going out to have a quieter time.
The kids were knocking on the door as they were running up and down the hall way, yes, the parents didn't stop them.
I thought surely this will calm down by 12 midnight.
Well I was wrong, this when on until 3:09AM in the hallway people running talking while going up and down the hallway. Then the groups out side in front of the hotel talking loud..
It was so loud you thought it was in the room. We left the TV on to see if that helped, it didn't.
The front desk should have done something to stop this behavior.
I was a paying guest also.
Very disappointed.
I told the young guy who checked me out and he said they had had trouble with them all week.
So I had to pay $ 200.00 to stay there and not sleep. The front desk should have stopped the group from disturbing the other guest.
I was very upset and very tried there next morning.
I all I got was I am sorry, they are leaving today."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly.
Unfortunately a few little glitches with facility. The TV remote didn't have batteries, and we were grateful they brought them right away.
However, the TV ended up not working, as they couldn't get signal. Even with staffer checking the system, we were unable to get any service.
And, although they offer free coffee in the AM...they had no cups. We were told the cups were on order, and if we had our own cup, we could get coffee."

"No hot tub, indoor pool is barely luke warm and the whole area is filled with mold so it stinks to high heaven. The elevators are old, slow, and loud. The handi accessible room I had was not ADA compliant. Quiet hours are not enforced. The beds aren't very comfortable. They do have great in room HVAC, a nice coffee set up, and a decent room layout with good outlets/lighting & furniture. Evening staff and housekeeping were very nice."

"Because it is relatively close to UR, the surrounding transportation is convenient, there are also many hotels and restaurants, the rooms have been renovated, the front desk service attitude is good, the breakfast is average, the hygiene in the elevator and corridors really needs to be improved, I have stayed several times, the double room is better than the double The bed room should be newer."
