"A decent budget hotel for the price! The location is very convenient, right in the center of the island. Bikini Beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. There are shops and cafes nearby. There are three breakfast options to choose from. The staff is friendly; the Nepalese guys are very nice and polite. The hotel has only 5 rooms, beautiful green plants on the grounds, and some cool lizards live there. Pros: The room has a comfortable mattress and pillows. The air conditioning, fan, and plug adapter work well. Regular and beach towels are provided. The WiFi and hot water work well. There's an outdoor drying rack for wet clothes. There's no musty smell in the room. The common area at reception has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water, and a refrigerator available 24/7. There's no hairdryer in the room, but the staff can provide one. For an additional fee, they can wash and dry your dirty clothes. Cons: The room is modest; the walls and table need some touch-ups, as they're stained. Our white bed linen had some stubborn stains. The soundproofing isn't great either; the call to prayer starts at 4:40 a.m., so bring earplugs. Advice: bring mosquito and fly repellent; they're a scourge on the entire island. Astro Cafe is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, serving delicious rice and grilled tuna for only $7. Bottom line: This is a budget option, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're not picky about minor renovation issues, the location is excellent, and the staff is top-notch 🔝 Thank you, Maldives ❤️"

"This was our first time staying on the island, and it was the best choice of island and hotel! Our 4 days were absolutely perfect! The hotel is clean, the people are hospitable, always smiling, and the breakfasts and dinners are excellent and delicious! A huge thank you to Akhmat and his wonderful family for our fantastic stay!!!! We booked excursions through the hotel, and everything was top-notch – safe and thrilling. Thanks also to the guys on the excursions; I was scared to swim with sharks, but our guide, Jerry, was right there with me!!!!! This island and hotel are places we definitely want to return to again!!!!!!"

"There was 09-17 April 2026, hotel service at the level: cleaning room daily, cleaning pool and territory, staff polite and helpful on all accommodation issues. Dollar changed the rate better than official. From the downside the long road to the beach - minutes 15-20 on the heat, but it is minus the whole island. Territorial hotel in the center of the island, near shops. Breakfasts are uniform, but saturated. One time they took dinner - very well in a restaurant for $15 per person. Water, tea, coffee without limits. The only hotel on the island with a pool and it's a big plus! Especially when you don't want to go to sea or bad weather"

"Due to renovations taking place near the hotel, the owner suggested we stay at the nearby hotel, which belongs to his brother. The hotel is called Lagoon Villa. It's a wonderful hotel, with all the amenities in the room, always clean linens and towels. Beach towels are also provided. Breakfast is rather meager and monotonous, with no choice. Everything else is excellent!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Athiriveli Maldives. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the jetty. The service was truly impressive, from the owner to the buggy driver, and even the bellboy who also doubles as the chef and cleaner. Everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive. Mr. Ali brought us for a farm visit, where we enjoyed fresh fruits by the beach..such a unique experience! He even gifted us a wahoo fish, which was absolutely delicious. For the comfort, hospitality, and experiences provided, the price is definitely affordable and worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island!"

"Overall I liked everything. We can recommend it. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the sea, we rode mostly on bicycles, which were provided by the guesthouse. But, unfortunately, they are in poor condition."
