Centrally located hotel in thiruvananthapuram. Comfortable rooms, courteous and pleasant staff, two good restaurants inside, good spread for buffet breakfast. Overall we had a very pleasant stay for 2 days at dimora. 4

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Superb location. Food not available. Ok amenities, hot water kettle not available. No food was available. . The stay was for purpose of pilgrimage. Location was important which was very nice, suitable. Rest things were okay. Better behavior of staff, few small amenities like hot water kettle etc could improve the experience further. Thanks. The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

Centrally located, nearby quality veg restaurants if needed, beautiful, calm Ganesh temple nearby...🙏 Campus and room top class clean and hygienic.... All amenities as informed! Courteous and smiling young front desk and team!!! Thoroughly satisfied! 👍

Overall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time. Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard. Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc. Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu. Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

Food and location are definitely the plus points of the hotel which made me return for a second time. Overall everything is up to the mark except for lack of smiles on front office staff. Maybe they are working under stress！
