I recently stayed Dimora hotel Trivandrum and it was a Fantastic experience start to finish. The room was clean with the all amenities promised.The location is also a very positive point.The staff were super nice and stuff, always smiling and if i needed anything.I felt totally comfortable and relaxed. At the reception Mr.Sreekumar is great personal. In Our late check in he insure and block a good room for us.He supported us a lot he is really customer oriented and he answered all our questions with a smile. Such a nice and friendly person.Many thanks to hotel but especially to him for all his support.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to major attractions and transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Greenery is superb even in the gym area they added an element of it. House keeping especially Mr Vineesh was so friendly and cater to our needs swiftly. WiFi connection and TV were working perfectly. Gym and swimming pool are well maintained. Morning buffet was good .i suggest them to bring bit more protein content in there menu. In toilet area my suggestion is that need to bring speed adjustable toilet faucet and wet area and dry area separation needs to be completely separated..

I stayed at Dimora for two weeks. I had a very good experience. Every day I come back from work to a very clean and organized room which gave me a peaceful rest. I would like to mention the house keeping staff Vineesh for the hardwork. Thanks to him and everyone one else for making this a great experience.
