Very very average stay. No waterbottles in plan to give. I received only in insisting. Restaurant is not available. Slow room service. Only advantage is that it’s very closer to station - walkable distance.

Good hotel in the price point. Location is awesome. Very near to bus stand and railway station. Padmanabha swamy temple is also nearby. The reception guy on the evening duty was very helpful and courteous.

Hotel executive was nice and friendly helps in check out and checkin at reasonable time, no issues at hotel however it has a small parking lot which is sufficient for only 4-5 vehicles.

Not good rooms. Bathroom is very untidy. Only the reception area in the photo is like same. Other photos of room is not same like that

Worst experience room was rooms-prayed safocating
i demanded a change in room immediately after entering the but was told that there was no other vacancy
they also denied to refund so i had to stay somewhere else keeping this checked in for two days
also they blamed make my trip and told to book directly to avoid such problems. Problem was with ventilation of the room and i also left the city two days ago

1. The room furniture and amenities are outdated and worn out
2. The keyhole of the main door is jammed. We couldn't safely lock the door. 3. The bathroom is not clean
4. Sheets and pillows are dirty
5. The front office staffs are not supportive

The rooms not had proper maintanance, such a as old switches that was not in working condition. Then the mosquito nuisance in night. No proper service. Etc

The hotel is very near to the trivandrum bust-op as well as to the central railway station. Ambience is very good and rooms are decent.

Nice location. Just next to the station and bus stand and padmanabhan mandir. Rooms under renovation. We were offered a newly renovated room. Very polite and cooperative staff. Will love to stay again.
