Excellent stay ! wonderful rooms and courteous staff ! absolutely lovely stay ! stayed with family. Would definitely recommend due to its proximity to market and cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was delicious

I really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the riverside walk, and markets. There is also a nice small monastery opposite the hotel. The staff is so friendly, and the food is wonderful.

Hotel is beautiful. I visited dis hotel in 2017 and seven years back we booked it again in july 2024. Its very clean, spacious as before very well maintained. I love d hotel.

Our room was HUGE and came with a kitchen (including a fridge and microwave) which was a wonderful surprise! It also had a great view. The only problem was, it was cold in the room with no way to adjust the temperature. We called the front desk for help and they weren't able to adjust it either, so they were kind enough to bring a large space heater. It was a good solution till we moved the space heater from the living room to the bedroom, which caused the power to shut down for the whole room. But the staff were quick to help, and they got the power back on shortly. One other thing to be aware of, which is not the hotel's fault, was that it was very loud outside...lots of loud partying just across the street...like a club or rave, even though it was a Sunday night. And when we were trying to fall asleep, there were loud catfight noises that lasted around an hour. We later learned this was common. Again, not the hotel's fault of course, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, you may not find it here. But the enormous size of the room and kind staff made up for it.

The rooms were big but breakfast had limited options and wifi was terrible. Location was good though.

Location of the hotel is very good, in a small city everything in close proximity. Lobby, room is very good. Food quality is poor, may be december is off season so vegetables are very selective mostly not available. In my surprise at the time of checkout they take 3% extra for credit card. But their machine was not working for card payment. This is not expected from this type of hotel. Over and above after clearing everything, after 15 min received a call that your bill is pending please come back. They showed me a bill of 200 inr which they forgot to take. I never expected this.

It was our last night in bhutan here and we needed the stay to explore the local city. The rooms were spacious but basic. Service was average.
