I really sorry. I booked online, And I made online payment. However, I am cheating. I don't expect such broad light cheating. I booked in thika /kenya magi guest house s Such cheating in hotel industry is u acceptable at this digital platform. TripAdvisor should take aggressive action to safeguard clients.
