Vielleicht bin ich zu pingelig, aber einmal am Tag nur mit dem Staubsauger in alle Ecken wäre noch besser gewesen.Für die meisten Gäste dürfte es weitaus sauberer im Ermou No. 15 sein als bei ihnen zu Hause. Das Bad war jedenfalls untadelig sauber. Das Personal bekommt jedenfalls für Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit nicht nur ein Trinkgeld, sondern auch 5 Sterne.

O quarto é bastante confortável apesar de ser pequeno, casa de banho em excelentes condições, mas bastante pequena. Todos os dias repõem o café no quarto, assim como garrafas de água. A internet funciona bastante bem e os funcionários da recepção são simpáticos. Não dou as 5 estrelas pelo pequeno almoço: era variado e interessante, mas aquilo que terminava não era reposto. No primeiro dia não havia sumo de laranja, não conseguimos comer, em alguns dias, ovos e cogumelos porque simplesmente não eram repostos depois de acabar. Algo que também achei estranho foi o facto dos funcionários do hotel retirarem comida para comerem ainda dentro do horário do pequeno almoço. A localização é excelente.

Kelpo hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, ei kuitenkaan aivan täyttä 5-tähteä kaikissa paikoissa saisi. Aamiaisbuffet hyvä, huoneen lämpötilan säätömahdollisuus erittäin hyvä, tarvittaessa sai kunnon viilennyksen nopeasti helteen keskellä. Pieni kuntosali ja erikseen varattava sauna löytyy myös.

Front desk employees were amazing!!!!
Hotel was smaller, but very nice, very clean room.
Breakfast employees could be better, they were letting food run out all the time.
