The hotel itself was a great place to stay, very clean, staff is friendly. my only complaint was that they had people smoking in front which caused my allergies to act up all day. Other than that, it was in a very convenient place; there is a Walmart next door, two gas stations in front of it, and Willie's Bar & Grill right behind it, which is awesome as well as other food places near it. Well recommend.

me and my family went to this hotel.. and we walked in the pool our eyes started to burn. Pool has a very strong smell, and caused us to have headaches and consensually coughing. AC keeps turning off and on. Room is nice but the bathroom door was made out of wood and it was cracked, and the lock on the door is not very helpful. You have to pay for the snack bar over priced snacks.. In the gym we have little cone cups for water. Staff very helpful but some are rude. They had 2 people knocking on doors, and they were not in the right state of mind. 3/10 do not recommend . ALSO OVERPRICED FOR A HOTEL THAT IS NOT FANCY AND $12 for parking.

Arrived to find that there was a PARKING fee of $12. Mind you, this is a Fairfield, not the Ritz... Cement slab out front with overgrown grass. This hidden fee was NOT disclosed fully prior to booking. The hotel has other issues.. dim lighting in the bathroom, AC doesn't get down to the temperature shown on the thermostat are two that come to mind.

Pésimo hotel no hacen la habitación y luego te dicen que te avisaron al hacer check in pero es mentira no te avisan que no te van a limpiar la habitación. A nosotros se nos acabó el jabón de ducha y como na hay camarista no te lo pueden rellenar.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. It is staffed by incompetent and lying personnel at the front desk. The manager is never available. Elevator was not working. I had to walk up to the third floor with three pieces of luggage. Room was smelly and dirty, and breakfast was horrible. Being right next to the freeway, it is also very noisy. Furthermore, $12 charge for parking. Really?

Dylan R and Julio are amazing at what they do— as a team they have been courteous, kind, professional, FAST, and generally a pleasure to work with at the Amarillo, Texas Embassy Suites hotel! We are traveling from California to Texas by car and we’ve been staying at the Embassy Suites every night in a different location. You really can’t miss with these gorgeous hotels and the lovely staff (like Etwann doing maintenance and never missing a beat, and Corrina with the restaurant and room service bringing us food while simultaneously bringing her A game each and every time!!) Great folks, lovely place to hang your hat, and your dog’s hat is welcome too for a little extra on the top— highly recommend!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed at this hotel once before and it was nice. This time however, the room itself was not so great. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the room smelled of mildew very strong! The A/C didn’t circulate the air very well so the air felt heavy and humid. Everything felt sticky. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
