The location is great and the hotel staff are all smiling.
The restaurant served a special breakfast menu that is usually only available for dinner.
The room was very clean and I always felt at home.
On my last day, I left my passport in the safe and headed to the airport, but when I called, they opened the safe and delivered it to the valet at the front entrance! (I ended up missing it though (^ω^) lol)

Nothing special. Does not feel like a 5 star resort. Lacks 5 star service and amenities. Adult pool was closed for the duration of our stay. They were doing some promo photoshoot that caused half the beach to be closed off and the entirety of the main pool (leaving no pool open for a couple hours. The beach chairs and tables are dirty. Service at the beach is extremely lack luster. Rooms are not very clean, dust on all fixtures, as well as surfaces not being wiped down daily. Definitely more family friendly, not the most ideal for adult couples.
