I m from #Thailand book Hotel in #india navi mumbai maharashtra, cbd belapur hotel name the park i am not happy due to below reasons
Hotel want make money not customers
I ordered water # evocus water of Rs 150 chargeable, but they refill only normal water and pack for me , very poor logic for earning money from foreigner
I already complained to hotel manager also not actions taken.
Hotel marketing front officer not helping me to rebook room today, ask for price hike , which impact bad impressions to me Hotel loyalty, Hotel wants, making money not customers, I had plans to visit next trip for 15 days with my family but can't stay here and advise to Thailand people don't book due to hotel loyalty not honor commitment to customers

Good stay, rooms are neat and clean and service quality is good. Only concern was in room dining prices need to be updated asap. They are not actual prices

Really great service and good stay!! Overall very professional, well maintained....nice poolside restaurant and bar... Excellent choices in buffet breakfast...well located in Navi Mumbai...easy to commute in and around CBD Belapur.

I have been staying for my every business travel in Mumbai at The Park from last 3 years. It is always a luxurious experience, hospitality, food and welcoming staff. All the members of hotel throughout are very humble and supportive. I always recommend staying at The Park to experience great hospitality.
