Room service was awesome and room were maintained neat and clean. Shamim, Roma, Pradhan and vikas this four staff were good in service. Resort is near to Dombivli station and takes between 15-20 minutes. Banquet hall, housekeeping and amenities also outstanding.

Staff was very helpful. Arrangements done my all team was top notch. CheckIn handled by Roma was great. Food quality and the arrangements were done very well thanks to Roma, Samim,Prabhat bell boy and Dalpat and his team Such a nice environment for family and as well as corporate stay.

My experience is in saya grand was nice.. We were here for a doctors meet, the experience was nice... The banquet was spacious and the food was amazing....the staff of banquet was courtesy.. The front desk staff was promot and always available, Laxmi Sameem Roma & Veesa was always attentive.. Thank you for the great experience, will visit with our family next time.

The stay at saya grand was great.. It was a business trip but came ***** with family...it was a great place to work while enjoying the resort amenities.. The staff here is very friendly and was very cooporative... Sameem Laxmi especially they were amazing all time available... Rahul amrunisha roma werw very helpul too... Would love to visit again.

The surrounding is very peaceful as we like peaceful places. The Food was also good. We had good time together. We had booked for 2days bt we really enjoyed so we extended 1 more day. The swimming pool was very neat and clean and well maintained. And thanks to the saya staff amrunnisha veesa rahul and laxmi specially they made our stay memorable

A really pleasant stay and a very warm and welcoming staff. The room, food and the service was spot on. They helped us celebrate the occasion of the stay as well. The housekeeping, reception staff and the room service were spot on. A great experience. Loved it.
