"I must praise the hotel staff's service attitude! They were all smiling and welcoming throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. When I brought children, they proactively provided children's toiletries and slippers. When I lost a small item, the staff patiently helped me find it, showing great responsibility. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a relaxation area, where I could relax and unwind in the pool. The staff were knowledgeable about local attractions and patiently explained lesser-known spots. They were genuinely helpful and attentive, making my stay feel incredibly warm and welcoming."

It has three floors, and the facilities are generally a bit old. The water pressure on the third floor is unstable, but it doesn't affect showering."

"The location is far from city center and about a 1.8km.from the bus station. The room is very big and very basic. The amenities are a small fridge, 2 bottles of water, electric kettle, 2 small soaps in the bathroom, a far and AC, they both work well. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom however can use a good dusting and getting rid of the cobwebs. The water pressure in the sink is very low. The shower was good and hot water is no issue. The girls working in reception could be more friendly and helpful. They try to help but they do the bare minimum and their expressions are like "I don't want to be bothered". Some English is spoken. The wifi is more than average. There is NO cleaning for the 4 days we were there, and didn't get towels changed. I took out my own trash. Oh, someone forgot a box with pizza in the fridge, and the cleaners didn't or must've forgotten to take it out when they cleaned."

"Absolutely terrible experience. The service was rigid and unhelpful, clearly imitating Chinese practices. I wanted to cancel my reservation the moment I was checking in, but couldn't. They've only learned the bad habits, not the good ones, from Chinese hotel service. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have left immediately. The exterior looks new, but I strongly suspect the interior furniture is secondhand, at least 8 years old."

"I stayed here for one night on a 30-day self-driving road trip that included both far northern and southern Laos, to Vat Phou. The vehicle, a four-wheel drive Ford pickup truck was hired from and returned to Luang Prabang. This is a true three-star hotel that operates like a full-service five-star property. At a walk-in rate of 630,000 LAK this falls into the high range of my normal budget. However, the other nearby properties were unappealing or more expensive. If you want to save some cash, move away from the riverside. Otherwise, this is a very good, professionally run hotel. The room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding, towels, etc. were good. Breakfast was also included in a full-service restaurant that is also open for lunch and dinner. There is ample parking for folks who self-drive. I would have stayed here on my way back north through Thakhek but I chose another less expensive property that I will also review."
