Premier Inn Tewkesbury

Stayed in hotel for four nights and I must say the staff have been fantastic, lilly and Will have been exceptional as have the all the staff, couldn’t do enough for us just a shame I can’t remember all there names. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfy but that was it I stayed two nights for work so in the morning there was no hot water,so returned form work and still no hot water. Layout is strange no plugs next to the bed just old school usb no plug for my electric toothbrush. .

Check in was rather slow. Receptionist at aĺl friendly and made inappropriate comments. Claiming the withdrawl of Brewers fayre had been on the news and in the paper. We do not live in the area so may not have had access to that information. Made me feel illinformed and stupid. No restaurant menu in the room. Very limited range of vegetarian options in the restaurant. So we left and ate elsewhere.

Nothing wrong with hotel it's the fact that premier inn have shut most of their restaurants weeks ago but still taking your money for meal deals when they know it's not going to be delivered they a email two days before this ie standard practice at the moment I was by a employee disgusted still waiting for refund

We stayed here while visiting friends who live locally. The hotel was as any other Premier Inn. A clean comfortable room, could use air conditioning as the room did get very warm. Shower was nice, there was always hot water. Only real issue is that the restaurant was closed without notice, it's a fair distance to the town so to have been told that the restaurant was closed would have been helpful so that we could have e made other arrangements

Great value for money, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, slept like a log. Paid for the cooked breakfast inc continental, best ever😁👍

The hotel itself is fine. However be aware that the associated restaurant has permanently closed, so no lunch or evening meals are available. There is a local pub The Canterbury 0.5 miles away but it is a bit down at heel.

Great hotel, was well situated for what I needed, great base for exploring Tewkesbury and surrounding areas. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner so went into Tewkesbury for dinner but had breakfast at the hotel which was nice, great value for money. The room was lovely and clean, there was a fan available which I needed as did get quite hot and humid. The bed was so comfy and nice and quiet overnight so had a lovely sleep. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Check-in/reception staff very friendly, had great recommendations for places to eat due to restaurant closure, thank you!
