Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Austtattung und Einrichtung der Zimmer stehen für uns in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis und zur Klassifizierung des Hotels. Am besten gefallen hat uns die Bar, tolles Ambiente und einer der besten Negronis welche ich je bekommen habe.

Top Hotel, toller Service am Gast - jederzeit wieder - ein Rundumwohlfühl Ort - wir haben es sehr genossen dort zu sein. Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet und die gemütlichen Zimmer kann ich sehr empfehlen. Auch bei der Anreise haben wir uns super aufgehoben gefühlt und unser Zimmer war vor Check-in fertig und so konnten wir noch den Wellness Bereich genießen

Great hotel experience, a mix of old and modern in a solid material wrapping. Awesome bed and sleeping experience. Very clean space with the presence of authentic materials and high quality Swiss interior design. Great breakfast experience, with a wide variety of delicious treats to start the day.

The guest rooms have a high standard with a working table including one Schuko outlet for your electrical appliances. The bed is not stone hard, as it can be on other hotels, it is a little, but not too much soft. The bathroom is well equipped but has small bottles with schampo, soap etc., instead of larger bottles which is better for the environment. The room does not have a large mirror (top to toe), only mirrors in the bathroom for upper part of body. The breakfast is good, in the close-by Conference building, but you have to step out and walk over a road (about 25 metres). What can be improved is that the bacon is fried too hard and the five minute eggs are rather 6 or 7 minute eggs.

Stayed for business. Location is amazing. Given the prime location, perhaps it's understandable the room was smaller. Gym is run by a third party and is so-so.

Superbe écrin de confort et de volupté, cet hôtel est à l’image de la belle ville de St-Gall. Spa incroyable, bar très agréable et restaurant excellent - petite mention spéciale pour Mercedes qui a fait de notre petit-déjeuner une expérience inoubliable.
