Hotel Regina

Liked: The look and feel of the hotel captures the Moroccan culture and looked great albeit dated and old and very tired. The rooms were nice to an extent and clean in terms of smell and no body hair etc. The location was great. Disliked: Everything! The rooms were in a very poor state of affair. Very few things worked, the advert suggests a lot which are all lies so please take the description as lies and believe very little. There are no toiletries, except a toy bar of hand soap. There are no shower gels, there is no coffee and tea making facilities as stated in the description. the toilet seats are broken in the two rooms I stayed in. I booked a room with a Mountain View but got a room with no view except four walls of the inside. The TV remote does not work, the shower does not provide hot water, the water splashes all over the bathroom floor, the floor of the bedroom is dusty so I would advise taking sandals or slippers. The wall plugs don't all work, the shower head cannot be mounted as the holder is broken, the built in wardrobes smell, Said the day manager is not the best and doesn't take any complaints seriously. The bed wasn't comfortable and none of the surfaces were clean at all. In fact, they were disgusting! I had to ask for bath towels and toilet rolls as there were none after checking in! Oh and it was impossible to sleep due to noise at night and very early morning.

The worst hotel I have ever booked. I booked two rooms for 4 people for 2 nights. Nothing works in the bathroom: no flush for the toilet, the shower head is broken, the bathroom window doesn't close, no hot water and sewer smells. The bedroom: too many windows, the various windows overlooked the bedrooms of the other occupants or the corridor. There was no light in the room and no plug. The insulation in the room is terrible. The whole hotel is quite old. The only positive point is that the hotel is located in the centre. Value for money: 1/5 Le pire hotel que j’ai jamais réservé. J’ai réservé deux chambres pour 4 personnes pour 2 nuits. Rien ne fonctionne dans la salle de bain: pas de chasse pour la toilette, le pommeau de douche est cassé, la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas, pas d’eau chaude et des odeurs d’égouts. La chambre : trop de fenêtres, les différentes fenêtres donnaient sur les chambres des autres occupants ou sur le couloir. Pas de clime dans la chambre, ni de prise présente. L’isolation dans la chambre est terrible. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est assez vieux. Seul point positif est que l’hôtel est situé dans le centre. Rapport qualité prix : 1/5
