Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel a inizio agosto. L'abbiamo scelto per ripercorrere le orme del film Il Ciclone. Location: L'Hotel di fatto è un aparthotel con diversi mini appartamenti dotati del necessario per poter dormire ma anche mangiare e rilassarsi in divano guardando la TV. E' lungo una strada moderatamente trafficata ma comunque tranquilla, immerso nelle colline aretine. Camera: noi avevamo la camera "fresca naturale". Nonostante il caldo torrido comunque con i ventilatori si stava bene. Avremmo gradito un po' di luminosità in più. Piscina: bella e poco affollata di persone (qualche tafano di troppo). Unica pecca (abbastanza grave) la mancata segnalazione che a un certo punto la piscina è profonda 2,50 mt, non essendoci segnalazioni ed avendo la bambina in braccio ho avuto qualche difficoltà a riemergere. Colazione: location per la colazione molto bella, prodotti buoni, scarsa l'offerta per un cliente celiaco (nonostante fossero al corrente della cosa). Su questo punto ci sono varie case che fanno degli ottimi prodotti da forno tipo panini e brioche congelati (per ridurre lo spreco) che arricchirebbero l'offerta. Personale: cortese. Da migliorare la gestione nel caso un ospite perda una chiave (per fortuna dopo l'ho ritrovata). Mi era stato prospettato di dover attendere oltre un'ora perchè qualcuno venisse a recuperare la seconda chiave con relativo addebito di 50 €. Da un Hotel a di questo tipo mi sarei atteso un intervento più tempestivo e il costo legato solo al rifacimento della chiave. Consiglio

A weekend to remember.... the smiling, kind and super efficient welcome from Carla and all the staff, the beautiful, refined and relaxing environment, the beautiful and good dinners with friends while sipping excellent wines, the bright and silent suites where you can rest at the top, the surrounding nature perfect for walking... what can I say... we can't wait to return soon to enjoy all this again! P.s: don't forget to hug the magnificent willow tree in the garden...

We stayed 4 nights in this place.....when you arrive it seems a bit anonymous but inside it is very nice and well-kept. We had a beautiful room with kitchenette and bed in the attic plus a large and comfortable terrace where to eat and see splendid sunsets. Sofia is an excellent all-rounder, always calm and kind. The clean pool....the good restaurant...normal breakfast.... Affordable prices in August....I highly recommend it

Second time staying in this beautiful resort and just looking forward to go again soon! Excellent location, beautiful suites, very nice and helpful stuff, owsame food. All is really well managed. One can feel and taste Tuscany in its fullness.

We stayed 5 days at Villa Cassia with a friend. Tha villa is very well kept, clean, not too many rooms, nice swimming pool, garden. More than a holiday it has been one week of utter spoil that it will be difficult What striked me was the fact that nothing from the staff was an effort. I was working remotely so I was in the villa durinf yhe dau and in all the beautiful places i have been I never had that whilst i was swimming Lorenzo the gardener asking me if I wsnted a coffee at 8am. The place is lovely. We so enjoyed our room with kitchen facilities. The grounds and pool are beautiful. We will have to return when it is not raining to fully enjoy. We had dinner twice. The food was very good. Most importantly, Sophia and Giancarlo could not have been more special. My husband was sick, and they were so caring and helpful and warm. We are so glad we made the house to stay here.
