"Liked · We stayed for just two nights. Our expectations were fully met. The advantage of this place is its location, next to the park, near the thermal springs. We got a room on the top floor - what a view from the balcony! The inconvenience of climbing to the top floor along a narrow, almost spiral staircase was compensated by the incredible view. The room has a mini-kitchen with a gas stove and a set of necessary utensils, a bathroom with thermal water from the tap, Wi-Fi, and a TV. I can't say anything about the air conditioning, since we stayed in January and didn't need it. And the most important thing about this hotel is the people! We would like to thank the staff for their friendliness, attention, respect, and desire to help resolve any of our questions. Safety, accessibility to tourist sites and public transportation. Disliked · Damn, the hotel is so affordable, so I don't want to describe the shortcomings. But they are, unfortunately, there are some. For me, this was the only drawback: the pillows. They are too hard and uncomfortable. I couldn't get enough sleep on them."

"Very good hotel in the town of Termal! Close to the springs, cafes and bus stop. Incredibly welcoming and hospitable hosts! Upon check-in, we were given a choice of 2 rooms! Breakfasts, although monotonous, were delicious! We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful!!!!! Thank you very much, we really want to return to your hotel!!!!"

And everything included in the price, including the extensive breakfast and dinner buffets, make this place a real deal. Elegant and very clean, with comfortable beds and extremely helpful staff. "The hotel is misleadingly using photos of another hotel with a pool. If you're traveling by car, the hotel's location is quite convenient. If not, it's on a hill and you'll have a fair walk to get to everything of interest. The view from the window is beautiful, the hotel is by the road, but cars are rare, so we didn't have any problems. The room was fine, but the bathroom ceiling was dripping constantly here and there. It's very unpleasant, especially since you don't know what it is... The drain in the other room was leaking, or the exhaust fan wasn't working. We had a night booked, we relaxed in the thermal baths at another hotel, stayed the night, and left. We have no desire to return to this hotel."

"A hotel that feels like you are deep in the forest but actually a very short walk into town. A turn of the century decor, but with all the modern amenities. Staff are very professional, helpful and polite. Food is of Tukish cuisine, and of a good quality. I liked the 4.pm snack of börek, sandwiches and homemade cakes. This fills in the gap till dinner at 7.00pm Large indoor pool of thermal spring water, and outdoor pools too. All together a lovely hotel set in peaceful surroundings. Provides a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of city life"
