The food is delicious and the chefs is extraordinary! Vanderley took good care of us . Rodrigo makes the best breads in Brazil. His French bread is extraordinary nice! The afternoon coffee , tea and cookies , a plus. We did full board. Perfect! Ronaldo was very nice replacing Vanderley time off. The pool area is very beautiful. I highly recommend!"

"The environment, service and food are great. The experience is amazing for little kids, especially in the Swiss Farm, where they can interact with the animals. The minors are the Slow WiFi , kind of bad AC, the pool could be cleaner and it needs some refurbishing since some tiles are broken and this can hurt someone. The level of comfort in the room is more for a good 3 stars hotel . All in all, I would return and recommend it."

"Starting with the positive points: #1 - There is a wide variety of possible activities. #2 - The food is replenished during meals. #3 - The staff are generally very friendly, in all areas, especially on the farm. #4 - There is a wide variety of animals on the farm, and you can get up close and personal with them. Excellent for those who like animals. #5 - The room is well heated. Negative points: #1 - Most of the activities are paid separately and the activity time is quite disproportionate to the price. I paid 80 reais for 30 minutes of archery for me and my daughter. Renting a bike is even more expensive, and the time is the same. #2 - If you go to the restaurant alone and have to get up to go to the buffet, you probably won't find your plate again, because someone else will have already taken it away. While one family member serves themselves, another has to keep an eye on the other family members' plates. #3 - I was in a room with a gap in the door that allowed me to see inside the room. #4 - So-called "heated" pools are actually cold. There is only one tiny heated pool that is freely accessible at the hotel. #5 - The hotel's common areas are not adequately heated, with few sources of heat (heaters, lamps, etc.). If you don't wear much clothing, you'll be cold even in the lobby or restaurant. #6 (serious!) - On the day of check-out, employees entered our room without authorization twice before we left, and on one occasion my daughter was alone in the room while she was taking a shower. #7 - When you choose to stay at the Magique hotel, you are given "free" access to the Magique park, but guests do not have special access, and they have to wait in line to get a card to access the park, just like anyone else who comes from outside. In fact, out of the 3 days I stayed, I only had the courage to wait in line for 1 day. The park only opens in the afternoon, and sometimes you even have to compete with crowded tour vans. During high season, the hotel should give its guests priority access, or extend its opening hours. #8 - For those who go by Uber/taxi, be prepared to pay a good amount, as it is far from the center of Teresópolis, and drivers ask for higher prices than what the app shows. #9 - The hotel requires a credit card block of 500 reais per day (!) of stay, which will be refunded on the day of check-out (which does not mean that your limit will be refunded on that day, so you may have to wait 1 or 2 invoices to get your limit back)."
