Giunta al bambù causa ricovero d'emergenza di mio marito in ospedale che dista poche decine di metri, ho dapprima trascorso la notte in una semplicissima camera, ma il giorno dopo Igor mi ha aiutata a trasferirmi in auto con i bagagli in un appartamentino del Residence. Confortevole, nuovo, dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Soprattutto, ottimi e funzionali i due climatizzatori. Ma ciò che desidero sottolineare è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza affabile di Igor che materialmente e moralmente mi ha aiutata molto nel superare l'ansia e le angosce di questi lunghissimi giorni, attivandosi in prima persona anche per suggerirmi ed aiutarmi a risolvere alcuni problemi logistici. Grazie!

Il proprietario persona gentile e molto disponibile. A pochi km dal centro, dotato dei servizi necessari. Posto tranquillo, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Per una persona che non ha grandi pretese la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Mancanza di wifi momentaneamente (in fase di installazione) ma nessun problema con la linea telefonica. Consigliato

Stanze non definibili alloggi. "Angolo cottura" non funzionante, quindi inutile. E qualora avesse funzionato, posate e pentolini deposti in una cassettona di plastica con un dito di polvere. Termoconvettore che si accende a intervalli facendo un rumore infernale, che mi ha impedito di prendere sonno. Poi avesse almeno scaldato la stanza.... Ho dovuto ricorrere ad una coperta trovata in un armadio che odorava da vecchio. Coperta piena di grumi di lana e una di numero. Quindi chi dormiva nella branda accanto, ha dovuto accontentarsi del copriletto. Doccia fatta con acqua fredda. Scaldasalviette praticamente spento. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica. Bidet assente. Lavandino otturato, persino togliendo il tappo. Ruggine. Muffa ovunque.

Ho prenotato il venerdì precedente per una notte fra martedì e mercoledì: Dopo quasi 4 ore di tentativi fra le 12:30 e le 16:00 non sono riuscito mai a contattare telefonicamente il gestore, nemmeno per SMS, Non c'è contatto Whatsapp . Alle 14:00 mi sono recato sul posto ma nell'ufficio non c'era nessuno. Veramente poco seri.
