Fotos engañosas. Baño fuera de la habitación.
Las fotos con engañosas. El jardín está descuidado. La habitación que nos tocó tenía el baño afuera. Es decir, teníamos que salir de la habitación para acceder al baño. Eso no estaba en la descripción.
Un precio caro para lo que fue.
Sin embargo la habitación estuvo bien.

The service was excellent. Check in and email communications also was excellent. The room and grounds we had were average. There is room for improvement. Didn’t realize the bathroom was apart of the room. Prefer it to be connected. The Wi-Fi was spotty. My overall experience was ok.

A acomodação é muito boa, com quarto super grande e camas confortáveis. A senhora que nos atendeu foi muito gentil; adoramos a recepção. A localização é boa, pois dá para ir andando para o Centro e, inclusive, para o Tepozteco (sítio arqueológico). Só não dei nota máxima por conta do café da manhã. Além de ser tarde (servido a partir das 9hs), as opções são restritas, devendo escolher suco ou fruta + café ou chá + um item de comer.

En mi experiencia, la persona que te recibe es súper amable, el lugar es tranquilo y limpio, tiene unas vistas espectaculares.
Lo único malo y que no le agrado en nada, fue que en la habitación que rente, el baño estaba afuera y las regaderas hasta arriba 👎 tache ahí eso fue muy feo 🙈
Fuera de ese inconveniente, lo super recomiendo ♥️

Muy agradable experiencia la Sra Lety administradora del lugar bastante accesible y servicial excelente actitud son las detalles que hacen la diferencia. Lugar limpio y bastante tranquilo aunque se compartan áreas de uso común único detalle el acceso vehicular. Algo reducido pero l recomendable es moverse a pie y disfrutar del lugar. Aparte es PET friendly
