Friendly and Good Breakfast
A friendly hotel with a very good breakfast selection and a great pool - or more. I went for a morning swim in the warm pool and then in the cold one, very invigorating.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Aussenanlage und Pools.
Für Behinderte Personen (gehbehindert) steht nur 1 Zimmer im Hotel zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage kühlt bei Sommertemperaturen nicht genug.
Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Nachtessen war hervorragend mit grosser Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da ritornarci
Molto rilassante , come sempre. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura dove ritemprarci , appena vi è possibilità, anche se per pochi giorni all anno. È una garanzia. Servizio e ambiente ottimo. Personale gentilissimo. Piscine stupende. Ovviamente torneremo quando potremo.

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato deludente per una struttura a 4 stelle. Mi è stata assegnata una camera comunicante con un'altra, il che ha compromesso la mia privacy e il mio comfort. Il rumore proveniente dalla stanza adiacente, dovuto alla TV accesa, telefonate e rumori notturni, mi ha impedito di riposare adeguatamente. Considerando che l'hotel era quasi vuoto, trovo inaccettabile la scelta di assegnarmi una camera comunicante. Questo è un aspetto che l'hotel dovrebbe migliorare per offrire un'esperienza adeguata agli ospiti.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia per il day spa durante la settimana. Ambiente pulito, piscine e Spa con poca gente, spazi e servizi confortevoli. Possibilità di pranzare al bistrot anche con piatti vegani, ottimo servizio al tavolo. Tutto il personale gentile e professionale! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Una Spa con servizi mediocri . Piscina piccola lettini tutti occupati la grata di plastica dell’entrata piscina si sposta e inciampi piastrelle che si staccano ma…… SOPRATTUTTO devi noleggiare gli asciugamani e accappatoi e non c’è NULLA. da bere , The o acqua come tutte le Spa ma per favore ……. Andate al Relilax a Montegrotto costa meno e Vi danno tutto incluso anche da bere. Evitate di andarci , va bene x i tedeschi
