先説環境，不同於一般的五星級酒店，它坐擁一大片綠植地，酒店打造時將周圍的自然風景融於其中，既發揮了大自然的環境魅力，又讓住客能體驗房間的現代科技感。每棟別墅都有獨立院落增添私密感，又很安靜，能夠讓住客得到真正的放鬆休息。
再説服務，首先管家提前添加微信，溝通入住時間，以及做了停車提示。到達後很快有服務生幫拎行李，入住後管家很詳細的介紹了住房的使用方法（因為有很多黑科技）。避免住客使用不當而造成危險情況。這個真的很有必要。
房間每天來打掃兩次，包括温泉池，用着很放心。還有一個我自己很喜歡的服務細節，用餐提前預訂菜餚和時間，和管家説一下就好，到點了管家不但會提醒你用餐，而且現場做，這點我非常滿意。因為房間數本來就不多，所以即使吃飯高峯期也不會很多人，我最多一天也就遇到三桌客人，我非常喜歡這種小範圍的私密環境。服務生比住客要多，所以住客可以得到很好的照顧。
我們吃的菜餚口味都很棒，包括送的下午茶（水準都很高）
房間的黑科技就不用多説了，衝著變形模式來的，體驗非常有趣！
最後要再次感謝酒店預訂部的雪花和我們管家，我們最後一天走，由於訂的車比較早，所以幫我們提前安排了早餐（早於營業時間），真的很感謝！
有機會下次還會再來！

對房間的科技感早有準備，無須多言。
值得一提的是服務，超過我的預期。管家貼心，幾乎有求必應，對小朋友更是照顧有加。
儘管選的套餐贈送了旁邊蓮花温泉的票，但私湯足矣，完全不用去人擠人。
特別的房間送的掛耳，玫瑰那款，按頭推薦

太推薦了。入户温泉私密性很好，水質也很好。有專屬服務你的管家，平時看不到，需要的時候永遠在。能開動的床增加了滿滿的幸福感。園區非常安靜，景色很美，怎麼拍照都好看。有財神廟和一些古建，温泉的出水口那裡霧氣繚繞跟仙境似的。下午茶的小點心好好吃。早餐的米線一定要點，滑嫩Q彈

24小時管家服務:入住凌晨因為打雷停電了 正好醒着 停電的下一分鐘管家就發送了訊息過來 告知停電原因以及應急燈和手電筒位置 非常貼心

這個以黑科技出圈的温泉營地衹有15棟Villa，服務員説範丞丞住的是我們現在這個房間。最特別之處是床可以滑出去，一整個睡在大自然裏，晨躺浮雲上，夜昧星空下。
酒店旁有幾百年的當地民族建築、馬幫古道和財神廟，還有七大温泉眼，小蘇打可直飲富含多種微量元素，入到我們所住房間的温泉眼太極金湯有98.7度屬於醫療級温泉。
整個區域清靜至極，感受古建築文化與現代露營藝術的融合，傾聽鳥鳴蟬鳴温泉水聲，着實愜意！
