服務是最佳的，能帶着介紹社區的環境，衹是設施不夠完備，特別是洗澡水温度不能調高，43度水温洗澡太冷了一點。房間還好有個取暖器，否則晚上這個被子蓋着都冷哦

終於有時間來寫點評了，本來是為了坐熱氣球方便在火山公園附近隨便找的一家，但這次入住真的超出了我的預期，老闆娘很貼心的在入住前電話詢問我大概到達時間，聽説我們2個大人帶着孩子，還免費幫我們升級了房間，管家非常細心的幫我們提前打開了電熱毯還有取暖器，因為第二天一大早要去坐熱氣球，大管家還免費開車送我們過去景點，中午退過房趕着去市區坐車，但是打不到車，大管家知道後立馬送我們到車站，真的非常感謝。騰沖真的很美，在騰沖遇到的每個人也都很友善，下次還會再來。

這次入住這家酒店體驗感非常不錯，首先如果是去火山公園玩，第二天一早要去坐熱氣球的，選擇這家酒店是必須的，因為離的很近，而且找她訂熱氣球和動力飛機價格也比較便宜，入住的時候小姐姐還介紹了一家非常不錯農家菜館給我們去吃，第二天一早小姐姐還精心為我們準備了早餐，強烈推薦大家入住

性價比很高，離火山景區很近，不用早起就能排隊坐上熱氣球。房間挺寬敞、乾淨，適合度假長租，還有廚房和調料。總體體驗感挺不錯的，老闆娘很熱情，管家一般般。
