The room provided an excellent level of comfort, making my stay enjoyable. The furnishings were cozy, and the attention to detail in creating a welcoming atmosphere was evident. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in……I didn’t read any reviews before going ( big mistake!) from the outside it looks derelict, thanks to the scaffolding, the reception area is cold and has an orange road barrier in the window, the hotel smells damp throughout, we were on the 4th floor and there is no lift, the stairs are uneven and the paintwork on all the bannisters is chipped, our room was musty smelling and the bathroom smelt damp ,the sink was plastic and badly stained, the bed base was broken so the mattress was sinking into the base. I would avoid at all costs.

The hotel is being updated and work is ongoing but the reviews we read are unfair. There is new carpet throughout and our room was spacious and the bed large and spotlessly clean. Good value if you don't mind the ongoing improvents. staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

I Booked a Two Night Stay (26/08/24 - 28/08/24) paying over £200 for a sea View On arrival the hotel was covered in scaffolding and Boards covering most of the windows We went up to our bedroom, and walked straight back out, as 1/2 of our Sea View Windows covered, Room was Very Damp and Smelly Asked for a Refund (but management unavailable, told to call next day..

Hotel filthy. Cups in room stained. Cutlery in dining room stained. On 4th floor with no lift. Staff not very friendly good location, but hotel was dire. Could only use shower by standing in bath and holding the shower head it didn’t fit the holder. Whole hotel smelt damp. Should have been closed whilst building work going on.
