Absolutely fantastic, would 100% recommend Amazing customer service and delicious food. Lots of flavour and excellent presentation. The staff are all so lovely and really welcoming, fabulous interior, very fancy. Would absolutely go there again at any time.

We stayed as a family of 3 adults over 2 rooms for 7 nights. The rooms were both lovely and had everything we needed, lots of storage room, huge bed, and toiletries replaced daily The breakfasts were amazing with a choice of a cooked options as well as the traditional cooked breakfast together with a good continental section. We had our evening meal in the hotel twice during our stay and it was lovely both times The cocktails were also delicious. We made good use of the pool and hot Tubs and each had a spa treatment which was lovely and relaxing Every member of staff was lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us all We will definitely be returning in the future

This is an amazing hotel. We felt valued from the moment we arrived. The spa was clean, and I had a wonderful full body massage and relaxing facial. The afternoon tea was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Food was incredible in the evening, with excellent service, as well as amazing breakfast on both mornings with so much choice. The staff were all so lovely, they definitely have the best people working here. We have found a gem in Tenby!

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint! It has the most friendliest staff and nothing is ever too much. We had some time in the pool area which was lovely and clean. We had food in the evening in the restaurant and wow the curry dishes were amazing that we both had highly recommend a visit here. We had a balcony with a view of the garden which was pretty. Room was lovely and clean and beds were comfy. The hotel is done out lovely and has a nice homely feel to it. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were so accommodating at every step. The hotel was lovely and peaceful with a beautiful spa and restaurant. We loved the breakfasts and would definitely recommend their afternoon tea. Although it’s a bit further from the harbour, you can easily catch a bus down into town if you don’t want to drive or the hotel can arrange a taxi for only £5.

Just returned from a wonderful weekend here. The customer service was the best part. Second to none. The hotel owners and all the other staff we encountered were kind and accommodating, making us feel like valued individuals rather than a number filling a room. Nothing was too big an ask. The cocktails were outstanding! A very good breakfast and great quality afternoon tea, particularly the cakes. Really happy with our room, with terrace, and value for money. Easy taxi to Tenby on a Saturday evening, recommend pre booking one back. Lovely and welcoming atmosphere and felt very relaxed there.

Location Perfect. A 20 minute walk to north beach and the into town. The walk is a little uphill on the way back but it’s pleasant enough. Room We booked 2 rooms and both came with a balcony which was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had the necessities one would expect. Restaurant We had breakfast in the hotel. You have the choice of a cooked breakfast or a continental selection. Both were fine. Overall A lovely hotel in a good location. A special mention to the lady who was sitting at reception on Friday night. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she was so kind and helpful. My son had hurt himself and she got us some plasters. Thank you for your assistance that day.

I was so impressed from the moment I arrived . The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the Staff are so warm and welcoming. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay . My room was lovely, the pool and spa were a real treat and the lounge with a wonderful range of sea themed books was a delight for a reader such as myself. I enjoyed my breakfasts and evening meal - absolutely delicious in Heywood Marigold which has some fantastic and impressive artwork. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so wonderful especially Anish and Isara. I was so well look after. It was a very relaxing mini break and I can’t wait to visit again.
