Excelente experiencia El personal muy amable Las piezas con camas muy cómodas. Excelente calefacción central Todo muy limpio Excelente desayuno, muy completo y con variadas opciones. Habían leches y yogures con y sin lactosa. Diferentes tipos de panes, huevo, queso, jamón, frutos secos, cereales, fruta fresca, etc… volveremos sin duda

El servicio de comida es buena por lo que no se requiere salir del hotel, como hotel de paso para los que viajamos mas al sur se encuentra en la ubicación perfecta. Es recomendable para el viaje de familias ya que se encuentra fuera del area de congestión

Muy limpio, agradables habitaciones, desayuno bien con varias posibilidades para distintos gustos. Las opciones para comer de noche son buenas, ricas y varias opciones. Sugiero cambiar las toallas, estaban curtidas y ya casi no secan.

La atención muy buena .lo único que en la sala de estar del hotel estuvo un contingente hasta las 4 de la mañana conversando y tiendo y justo nuestra habitación quedaba cerca y parecía que los teníamos al lado. Lo demás todo bien desayuno tranqui la vez anterior tenían yogures envasados ahora solo líquidos pero sin marca .ni nada .

Todo muy bien solo como mejora a futuro, es el gimnasio. * Personal Atento * Lo solicitado por mi (cuartos uno al lado del otro OK) * Desayuno bueno (las reposiciones del Agua Hirviendo, podría ser más rápida pero en general excelente. * Maquinas de GYM, muy viajes, y sin pesas. (Un detalle a mejorar)

Este hotel es un emblema en Temuco, lleva muchos años a la entrada de la ciudad, que de niño quería conocer, y la verdad es que lo recomiendo; ya que han sabido darle las mantenciones que se requieren, no te sientes en un hotel "viejo" (pese a tener una mínima parte de sus instalaciones bastante antiguas). El trato del personal, todos, desde la recepción, quienes ayudan en el aseo, desayuno, etc., muy cordiales y acogedores. El desayuno excelente, variado y con productos muy frescos. Es un hotel que si fuera más barato iría con más frecuencia.
