No recomendado para días de lluvia, la habitaciones están con goteras que caen sobre las camas. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación en dos oportunidades, la última no contaba con el espacio para la cantidad de huéspedes que éramos y que, por supuesto ya haabiamos cancelado. El estacionamiento se encuentra a una cuadra del hotel y no está señalizado. Por último, el agua de la ducha estaba fría, porque la caldera de la habitación estaba apagada, situación de la cual no nos percatamos a tiempo, por lo que el agua no se calentó. Muy mala experiencia en general, se rescata la limpieza del lugar.

Muy bueno, muy limpio, cumple con lo buscado como para una noche, las piezas son bien comodas, con aire acondiciobado, por un extra en el valor puedes acceder a un desayuno buffet bastante bueno, muchas gracias

Es un hotel en el centro de Temuco. Muy económico en precio por noche . Excelente limpieza de las habitaciones. Camas confortables . Punto a considerar: las duchas son como Max de 5 min con agua caliente ( luego solo sale agua fría ), su estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel, el desayuno es muy básico , la habitación familiar no tiene ventanas hacia el exterior. Buen hotel para parar una noche después de un viaje largo. Solo de pasada
