We found a fantastic deal for our stay (in-town for an out of state wedding). Our reservation was for 4, so we booked the suite and the pics looked just like the room but the staff - specifically the manager was horrible. We had hair and make-up people come to our room (for less than 2 hours!) and he charged our card without permission (and then called our room to tell us he did so). We came down immediately and he began YELLING saying that since we lied about how many were staying in our room we were being charged more. We did in fact book for 4, and had 4 but I let him know who comes to our room is not his concern. He proceeded to yell and we left. It was the craziest thing I've ever experienced. I called corporate from the parking lot who then called the hotel directly and handled the matter. We would have left had we another option. We stayed a total of 3 days. The manager would go the other way if we crossed paths.

We have stayed at Best Western many times in the past few years. The entire staff is friendly, caring and strive to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is great! You cannot go wrong if you stay at the Best Western, Temple Texas.

We enjoyed our hotel stay. My mom was in a horrible car accident so I needed a hotel last minute. Thankfully we were able to find a hotel so close to the hospital. The price of the hotel was a little more than i had hoped but wasn’t bad. The rooms were nice and no complaints on the room. They offered food and drinks you could purchase, a little pricey but was nice that it was there. Breakfast was horrible and had to get breakfast else where. Not many options and what was there wasn’t very good. The morning front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming, one of the night clerks was very rude when I asked for an extra toilet paper roll. Like it was coming out of her own paycheck. The hotel is right next to Texas Road House which was a huge bonus. They have a pool and gym but we never used them. We tried to use the gym but it was closed.

Best Western, Temple is always a great place to stay. The entire staff is friendly and dedicated to making your Best Western experience comfortable. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious. You cannot go wrong by staying at Best Western, Temple Texas!

Excellent accommodations; very friendly staff; very customer oriented. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends whenever possible. Only thing that I can say negative was about it is close to Interstate highway, so it’s best to get on the end next to the pool.

Wonderful staff but the place needs to be cleaned. Upgrade breakfast. Certainly need a better grade of coffee. Towels are a joke. No pet’s which is a good thing. Either the company or the management is not doing there job

Wonderful service and I will be back . Any time am that way I will be stay there. Food great,bed room was great and peace and quiet. Parking was great to and they check up on you to make sure everything was to my like.
