Home from home. The warmest welcome and absolutely lovely, dedicated staff. Our suite was beautifully appointed, bed and chairs so comfortable, and absolutely everything we needed. Loved sitting out reading by the pool. Located next to the main square which has some free parking, and convenient for all attractions, including the fantastic Badia restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel more than adequate. Dinner here (the Doli restaurant) is a delightful experience, and the staff really know their wine as well as their delicious Georgian cuisine. Oh, and they had a very friendly cat there too!

First of all, what I pay most attention to is cleanliness, which was very disturbing. Dirty floor, mini bar, stained, stained sheets, torn towels, very dirty bathroom shower. You may be wondering why I didn't report this to the front desk immediately, even though no one was there at any time of the day. During check-in, I was only informed that I could buy breakfast on the spot. I also had to call to find out about the WiFi password, because I never saw anyone there. In addition, both nights in the middle of the night, very annoying noises were heard from the upper floor in the room, I don't know if it was a mouse or what, I was too scared to go up and couldn't explain it. If I was alone, it would be very uncomfortable because I would be more scared because of strange noises in the middle of the night. In addition, I would like to add a word or two about the service, I don't know how standard this is for you, but for a brand whose one of the hotels is among the 100 leading hotels in the world, it is very, very inconvenient not to have lemon and lime in the bar. And you already had a small selection of desserts and three out of four were not available, so I asked for a fruit board and that was not available either, very very embarrassing in my opinion. This was my first experience in a small design hotel and I'm very disappointed. I was preparing for this stay for a very long time and I was very disappointed, I really did not expect such conditions and careless staff.

It's an amazing hotel, people who pay attention to design and details and accessories will find it doubly interesting. The location is old Telava and the street is quiet and beautiful. Dol restaurant has amazing dishes with Georgian decoration. The staff are friendly and very sympathetic, which create an additional cozy atmosphere. Overall, the environment responds like a visit to a family where the host provides you with all the comfort and freedom. I would add that the breakfast is exceptionally conceptual and delicious.

The full facility (outside, lobby, room, restaurant) of hotel is magnificent. They put the sincere value and quality into the small details of design for the product. Additionally, their service is immaculate and beyond my expectation. Staff Momin, Thank you for caring my stay whole time.

One of the best experiences so far! Not only the place itself is amazingly stylish and comfortable in all possible ways, but the stuff are really friendly and hospitable and may well surprise you with a very special gift! For example, they upgraded our suit for free and presented me with a bottle of vine once they knew I had a birthday next day! I am only sorry we couldn't stay more and leave a more decent tip to them (we were short of cash)! Greatly recommend! Our special thanks to Momi (if only I spell the name right..).
