Great and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

The room type with local characteristics is built in the cave. However, ours seems to be a man-made cave, and workers can be seen every day when we go out. The facilities in the room are both local and modern, and there are welcome desserts. The only regret is that you have to go through the outdoor mountain road and stairs from the lobby to the room, which is inconvenient to carry luggage. Our room has a terrace and rocking chair, and the overall experience is good.
