Me and wife visited JW Marriot Mussoorie for her birthday celebrations in the month of October. To start with, we received a warm welcome at the front desk by Riya and Deepika and seated comfortably in the lobby. The check-in process was really smooth, Nikhil helped us with the same. We were then escorted to our room and found really cute decorations and birthday hamper as compliments from Rimon Das, our guest relations manager. The evening was really energetic with a cup of high-tea and local folk songs arranged as compliments from the Hotel. There were many other activities available at the Hotel, however due to lack of time we were able to take a stroll in the JW garden. It is a scenic garden with a lot of variety of flowers and plants and is a really pleasant view. For dinner, we chose to dine at the rooftop restaurant - Trude. Sanjana made our experience very pleasant by ensuring our comfort heaters in the cold weather, and the food was really great too. In the morning, we went for a swim in the superb, heated pool and then left for nearby attraction i.e. Kempty falls. The check-out was smooth assisted by Pawan. Last but not the least, Diwan sahib's humble Namaste really filled our hearts. All and all, the complete staff of the Hotel was humble, polite, helpful and tried to make every moment of our stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this property, if visiting to Mussoorie. P.S: Adding some of our best pics here. One in front of the big mangrove tree was clicked by the staff member. Couldn't remember his name, but he was the one clearing the high-tea area. Thanks, buddy :)
