The delivery speed is very fast. The packaging is very careful and strict. The logistics company has a very good service attitude. Good, the shipping speed is very fast. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
2. Let’s talk about the quality of the product first: the product is generally good and the packaging is tight. Let’s talk about merchant services: thumbs up. Final comment on express delivery: delivery is very fast. The other thing is to thank the store for discounts and coupons. After all, cheap and good products are more real. I hope the store will offer more discounts and notify old customers in time to promote repurchase. I wish you a prosperous business.

The people at the hotel are all friendly and kind, and I think it's a very good hotel that willingly accepted my sudden request to extend my stay!
The restaurant inside was also very cheap, at 100 to 150 toman for golme sabzi, geime, morgue and kebab.
The location is sandwiched between two subway stations, Talegani Station and Darvase Dourat Station, so I didn't feel any inconvenience in terms of transportation.

Whatever questions you may have, our staff are here to provide all the information you need to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable time in Tehran.

This use to be the old Hilton - it is now ranked No. 2 in Tehran. Service was excellent! The hotel definitely needs a “grand” renovation. Other than the hotel been too old, all else was good.
I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Firouzeh! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great mix of fellow travelers and a truly welcoming staff. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. The staff organized awesome daily activities, from walking tours to cooking nights, making it so easy to connect with people. They were also super knowledgeable, always ready with tips on hidden gems in the area.

I travelled solo to Iran in May 2023 and it was my first time in this region. I arrived in Tehran in the early hours and when I arrive at Tehran Heritage Hostel, I was fatigued and flustered. I met Mr. Nima who was the staff on duty and he was very perceptive and offered me a towel to freshen up and to rest in the lounge area until the check in time at 2pm. Knowing that I was travelling solo, Mr. Nima was also very hospitable and offered to bring me on a city walkabout after his shift ended. It was refreshing, especially having a local explaining the city and culture of Tehran. Furthermore, the staff at the hostel are really helpful and provide non-biased advice e.g. currency exchange, booking of tickets, places of attractions. That said, the prices and the quality of the dorms and individual rooms are clean, and the toilets/showers have good water pressure. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you're in Tehran!

The hotel is very well located, nice and beautiful, perfect gym and spa, lovely view, but the bed are uncomfortable, walls are low quality you literally can hear next door noises, food and breakfast is not tasty, friendly staff. I asked the reception to wake me up to catch my flight and they did exactly on time and called a taxi for me.
Very Good

Excellent
RRezaK202I stayed in this hotel from 25th October to 11th November and had a very good experience. The management of this hotel is first class, everything ran perfectly because of the manager here. Everything was in its place and every member of staff knew exactly what they should be doing and I believe that is because of the excellent management. The rooms were very clean and the food served here is absolutely excellent. The one, very small, complaint I have is that they are very anxious to get their money. I am used to settling the bill at the end of my stay at other hotels but this hotel really didn’t like it and I had to keep paying every 3 days. They also didn’t like cash and wanted everything by card. However they did make an exception for me as I do not have a card that I am able to pay with. I was a manager before I retired and I am able to differentiate between good and bad management and it is my belief that the manager here is the hotels greatest asset. All in all I had a wonderful stay and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
GGuest UserThe room is very small for two people. It is a very economical hotel. Hotels in Iran are not cheap. And the waiting time for check out is long. It is a bit unaccustomed to handing in the card and leaving. Breakfast is okay. The room facilities are very basic. Bath towels Very poor~ I had a flight at 10:45 pm and wanted to delay my check-out until 6 pm~ I asked for an additional fee of 60 US dollars, so there was no delay~ Generally speaking, it is convenient to fly~ Everything else is relatively average~ I recommend it for traveling in a hurry
GGuest UserLast night I have been in this hotel. When I checked in everything goes really fast and professional and I reaally thanks from Mr Sebt, Mr Hosein sSalimi in reception side who helped me. Actually I have really glad to meet Professional Manager Mr soad Haghighi.
GGuest UserThis is the fourth or fifth time that I have come to this hotel with my wife and now I am staying there for five days. It has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far, a clean hotel with good access in the center of Tehran and with polite and conscientious staff and with very good management and sensitive to cleanliness and satisfaction of passengers. Apart from this hotel, I have stayed in hotels of a higher grade, but in my opinion, none of them have the peace, cleanliness, and sense of satisfaction of this hotel, as well as the other branch of this hotel, the Eskan Hotel on Alvand Street, that's why this hotel is always my first choice. It has been an accommodation. I recommend it to other friends
GGuest UserSpend a total of 10 days in the Saina hotel in Tehran, Hotel is in a great location, with very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast, close to Metro and the main walking attractions by Valiasr street, yet away from the noise. I strongly recommend this hotel whether traveling on business or pleasure.
GGuest UserStaying at the Simorgh Hotel, a name rich with historical significance, is usually a delightful experience, but unfortunately, my last four-day visit was nothing short of a fiasco. Despite being housed in the Royal Suite - the highest level of luxury that the hotel purports to offer, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments that began as soon as I attempted to bathe. The primary issue was the hotel's glaring plumbing problem. Upon settling into my suite and attempting to freshen up, I was greeted by a painfully low water pressure. Despite the size and grandeur of the suite, it took an astounding 40 minutes to complete what should have been a quick and invigorating shower. The frustrating experience cast a significant amount of doubt over my own personal hygiene, to the point where I found myself scouring Google for nearby public bathhouses. Moreover, the pictures shared by the hotel did a poor job representing the reality of my accommodation. There was a clear discrepancy between the plush, enticing photos I was presented with prior to my arrival and the actual condition of the suite, which was spacious and comfortable but not quite the luxurious spectacle I was promised. Compounding my initial dismay, the breakfast options were severely lacking in variety and quality. The options were limited and far from the diverse and appetizing spread a hotel of Simorgh's reputation ought to provide. Further disappointment awaited me in the form of a cramped, underwhelming bathroom. The size was completely inappropriate for a suite of such caliber, with hardly enough room to move around comfortably. In addition, the air conditioning unit installed in the suite was excessively noisy, to the point where it significantly disrupted my sleep. After having lodged several complaints about these issues, I was relocated to another suite, a process which necessitated packing and moving my belongings at an inconvenient hour of 1 a.m. The new suite was similarly spacious, but disappointingly, it came with its own set of problems - the water pressure was still pitifully low, and there was a complete absence of hot water. The noisy air conditioning persisted, making for another night of disrupted sleep. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction to the front desk, I was met with an irritable and loud response from the receptionist, who sharply informed me that all rooms had similar issues and that the water situation would be rectified in about three hours. The sheer rudeness displayed was wholly unbecoming of a staff member at a reputed hotel like Simorgh. My experience at the Simorgh Hotel was an unfortunate array of disappointments. What should have been a luxurious stay in the best suite available turned into a series of hassles that no guest should have to endure. With a heavy heart, I am packing my belongings to move to Espinas Palace Hotel for the remainder of my stay in Tehran, in the hopes of finding the quality of service that was sorely lacking at the Simorgh
HHaruki IshikawaAlthough the accommodation fee was cheap, the room was clean, and at around 9 o'clock in the morning, the hotel staff came to change the amenities.
I ate kubide kebab at 150 toman at the hotel in the restaurant! It was cheap and delicious!
I think it's a great hotel for a solo traveler!
The nearest station is far away on foot, so I think it would be better to use an app such as snapp when traveling from here.
GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Hotel Smell, Natural Light in the Room, Soundproofing, Mosquito Control Measures, Bed Comfort Level, Convenience of Transport; The boss and the staff are very friendly, the service attitude is very good, and they all speak English. The location in the city center is very convenient
XXiaoyaoxiaotutuThe first night I arrived, the central air conditioner in the house on the right after the elevator came out had enough hot air, but the house on the left where I lived did not have hot air, and there was no hot water for bathing. The problem was resolved the next morning. The breakfast is not rich, but the price of this hotel is very cheap, and the breakfast is already good. There is no bread, only pancakes. The pancakes are very hard and chewy and cannot be chewed directly. The most delicious thing is to spread the Iranian breakfast special dish tomato scrambled egg paste thickly on top of the chewy hard pancakes, and the pancakes become soft and easy to bite. Yes, it’s delicious.
ZZHIYONGThe hotel is not far from Mehzayed Airport, the rooms are newer, the corridors are wide and the rooms are large. The breakfast is good, the variety is fresh and fresh, there are not many food additives in Iran, and more natural ingredients are used. The hotel staff is well trained and the service is good.
