Hi, I was assigned a room that faced the road, we can clearly hear the vehicle noise inside the room from outside, we can clearly hear people staying beside us talking, the soundproofing are terrible, other things are acceptable

The room is clean.. the bathroom is clean.. but the room is not soundproof.. it's so noisy, the sound of passing vehicles.. it's because you're sleeping.. the staff doesn't want to smile, when you check in, the fat man's face is crazy..

Had a bit of a rough start with a room that had an odd smell and a non-functional air conditioner. However, the receptionist was very helpful and quickly moved me to another room, which was clean and comfortable. Great location with plenty of parking. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Bedding and blankets can be abit old too.
TV remote and aircon remote in a zip transparent bag upon check in. Is that necessary? :D
